By Road:

Westcott House is a 5 minute drive from Junction 13 of the M11 motorway , providing a direct link to London Stansted International Airport (30 miles), the M25, for Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, central London and the South.

Cambridge is easily accessible from the Midlands and the North via the A14 motorway.

Westcott House's postcode is CB5 8BP. You might like to plan your journey using one of these linked websites for driving directions or a map (new windows):

Detailed directions for drivers can be found here.

Unfortunately, the college car park is very small and so we are not always able to provide visitors with parking.  There is an excellent Park and Ride service from five sites around the city, and we have ample cycle parking.

Parking in the College is not generally available to conference guests, but we do our best to provide easy access for those with restricted mobility.  If you have problems with mobility please contact the college office so that we can make special arrangements for you (info@westcott.cam.ac.uk).

A map of City Centre car parks can be found here .  Most central car parks are very expensive but there are more cost effective options with special tariffs for long stay (including overnight) parking at Castle Hill Car Park.

Parking restrictions are in place around Westcott House but free on-street parking is available on some residential roads off Victoria Road to the North of the college.  Organisations such as www.justpark.com provide bookable parking spaces around Cambridge.

By Rail:

Cambridge is served by two major rail routes from London's King's Cross and Liverpool Street stations. Rail services are fast and frequent with a journey time of just under an hour. There is also a direct service to Stansted Airport and rail links to all major cities in the North.

By Air:

Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are approximately two hours by road and rail. Stansted, being the nearest, is a mere 30 minute drive. Frequent coach services to Cambridge also run from all three airports. Cambridge has the benefit of its own small local airport with facilities for flights to national and a few international destinations.
