Responsible for the college catering function, George as Catering Manager oversees the catering team and ensures that locally sourced, sustainable and high-quality food is served to students, staff and guests.

With extensive culinary experience, George was previously Head Chef at King’s College School, Deputy Head Chef at Clare College, and ran his own restaurant in Lavenham, Suffolk.

Outside of work, George’s interests include travelling, playing American pool, and hosting dinner parties.
