In his role as Catering Manager, Paul oversees the catering team and has responsibility for the College catering function ensuring students, staff and guests are provided with locally sourced, seasonal, balanced, sustainable and high-quality food.
An award-winning chef, Paul has 15 years’ culinary experience, working in several countries and from small independent restaurants to large-branded chains. Prior to Westcott, he worked at Ridley Hall.
Paul’s interests outside of work include scuba diving, cooking and cooking history, military history and foraging.
