New Catering Manager Appointed

Westcott House is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Ross who is joining the staff team as their new Catering Manager.

A chef for 15 years, Paul has worked in several countries and many kitchens, most recently at Ridley Hall. Before that Paul worked for a wedding caterer, a small independent restaurant, and a large branded restaurant chain.

Speaking on his appointment, Paul said: ‘I love cooking with food and working with chefs, as crazy as we can be. I’m looking forward to working at Westcott house and delivering some outstanding food to the community of students and staff.’

The Principal of Westcott House, the Revd Dr Helen Dawes, said: ‘Every member of the Westcott House community contributes to our work of preparing and resourcing people for ministry in God’s church. Our catering team are a wonderful example of hospitality in our midst and I look forward to welcoming Paul as he joins us for the new term.’
